"My experience with this Agency was great until Henry left. He was who I turned to for all of my insurance needs! I could not get a callback from Michael Church, not one time. Had ongoing issues with getting my roof fixed by filing a claim. I had water coming in my house and ended up having to replace the roof it myself. State Farm would not cover the replaced roof because they said it could’ve been patched. I had already patched it twice before replacing it. I was reimbursed for part of my roof after three months of going rounds with the claims department, about 45% of it. Lesson learned, never do that. Apparently my house needs to be damaged more for State Farm to actually take initiative. This is an agency that I have supported for 10+ years. I took all 10 of my policies and switched to Auto Owners. Let me just put this out there also. Never filed one homeowners claim in 10 years. And this is how I was treated by this agency/company."
